Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Advaiya Child Care, we value your time and the doctor’s time.

To ensure appointments remain reliable and available for all patients, the consultation fee is strictly non-refundable.

However, we understand that plans can change.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling made 2 hours or more before the appointment will be accommodated without any extra charge, and your paid fee will be applied to your new time slot.

Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy helps ensure that the reserved time and preparation for each consultation are respected.

If the clinic or doctor cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, emergency or technical issue), you will be offered either a full refund or a free reschedule.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We truly appreciate your understanding — this policy allows us to maintain timely, high-quality care for every child who visits Advaiya Child Care.
